“APPENDIX A” in “Leopold’s Bibliography of Child Language”
APPENDIX A
Recent Research on the Acquisition of Languages other than English
Research on non-English child language has expanded significantly since the conclusion of work on the bibliography in mid-1967. This appendix, though by no means exhaustive, serves to orient the reader to a major portion of this research. In addition to listing recent writings, I have attempted to provide a directory of current researchers, to enable readers to be in touch with new developments. The inevitable gaps in this listing reflect the rapid growth of developmental psycholinguistics on an international scale.
